Morning, Oh, how Sleepy they can be...

It’s cold, literally cold, the room I sit in is freezing oddly though the outside world is warm. Almost fits for a metaphor, doesn’t? I’ve been trying to get my facebook to upload photos but that doesn’t seem to be happening at the moment sadly…. I’m trying to be productive with the drawings I’ve been sketching/doodling. As well to one work in progress. I’ve been hit with the art bug but I don’t think I’ll get the alone time to work on my recent ideas or the thoughts running through my head.

I’m an artist, a visual artist. I’m mainly traditional..I”m big fan of messy stuff mainly charcoal, ink, and the lovely pastels, but from time to time. I’ll dabble in paint; mainly watercolor. My artwork is very expressive, that I hope everyone can have some form of a connection with that piece. My artwork mainly uses playful characters/objects but the situation, or subject matter will be quite serious. I hope to have some posted for you later on. I’m also a kid who loves the mountains, and the people in Eastern, Ky. I hope to come back to this place and help out in my community.

Right now in my life and time…I’m a college student who is on summer break, and taking a summer class…. I”m also in two internships…the first is with the ENGAGE program, sadly because of things going on at home I can’t give much to the internship, but they have been nice and kind to keep me included. My second internship is with Appalshop, the program is called Appalachian Media Institute…which starts late June. I hope to give you more entertaining information later on. Thanks for sticking around and reading, I hope you continue the reading of my further adventures.

Devoured by the Devotion

Beauty of Transforming

The art, yes the art……well drawings that I’ve done and started to produce in small sizes so w00t for me. Devoured by devotion is a piece that I’ve worked on and off for a couple of weeks. I finished the piece when I went to Mountain Justice Camp on Pine Mountain. This piece goes with the Human Naturism Series that deal with humans connections, and disconnection to nature and the attempt to re-root, and to bond back with nature.

Swinging in the Abyss

This is a drawing drew from shear boredom at a game Bingo about a week or so ago…. the people at the Bingo really liked it…after I put clothes on her anyway… I believe that is the reason I bingo for a 160 dollars. I can’t really complain, and I”m not going too..lol

The image below is a work in progress so keep checking back to see the updates on the piece.
